Today, July 3rd, is DAY #18 (of 4th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.
Rather than recap yesterday, I want to draw attention to some issues – A great recap is available HERE:
Yesterday, we got the first view on the horizon of the mud about to get slung by the State toward the character of George Zimmerman – Things are about to get intense.
Also, the State probably wants the jury to hear Sybrina, TrayMom™ and tears, last in the line-up prior to the long mid-week holiday break - so heads up for her this afternoon.
Tracy probably will not testify – due to his on-the-record lies now visible in evidence.
Remember, there is so much corruption in the assembly of this case you can expect the State to avoid the traditional witnesses brought by normal prosecutions.
The state has already won a pre-trial motion to bar the defense mentioning the absence of any witness from the State’s case.
So if the Seminole County Medical Examiner, or any LEO is not called to the stand – O’Mara cannot mention it. M.E. = Trayvon Blood Tox. etc.
The Scheme Team has, in their desperation, blitzed the media and geography. Daryl Parks, and Jasmine Rand are doing as much Cable News as possible. Jasmine is the David Axelrod of their scheme. She is also a well skilled liar, and working hand in hand to assist and counsel with the State.
Jasmine is also simultaneously trying to coordinate the narrative of Rachel Jeantel with Rod Vereen. You now have: Natalie Jackson, Ben Crump, Darryl Parks, Jasmine Rand, and Rod Vereen all working together to protect their narrative.
According to her girls: Alicia Stanley – has also been physically threatened and extorted to keep her mouth shut. They, all of them, are in full tactical combat operational mode to get their lynching money.
There is NOTHING they will not do. N.O.T.H.I.N.G.
Absolutely. And Roberts HAS sacrificed an entire nation.
Threats to the judicial bench are not unheard of, and no one is immune. Seems to be a an epidemic at present.
So far, the only biased witnesses are the ones who are politically connected and obviously incompetent. Like Valerie Rao.
How’s that for a Catch-22? If you have a loaded gun, you cannot be in fear for your life because if someone starts beating the stuffing out of you you can shoot them. Therefore, you cannot shoot someone for beating the stuffing out of you because, having a loaded weapon, you cannot be in fear for your life....

It’s a double action gun and GZ has conceal carry. Of course the gun would be loaded as SOP. The media is woefully ignorant of guns and gun laws.

I doubt that was planned. No ballistics expert would put her career and reputation on the line by intentionally threatening the jury. I think she generally made an effort to handle the weapon properly, but the position of the witness stand in relation to the jury box and the attorneys’ podium is such that she slipped up occasionally and pointed the weapon at the jury, specifically when she was demonstrating trigger pull.
This chickis supposed to be an expert. She wasn't under any sort of duress, and yet she violated the first rule of gun safety.
If the direct testimony is about whether those are Martin’s screams, then I can picture the following question on cross:
“You have stated that the voice heard screaming was TM’s. We have previously heard testimony that even a person well acquainted with the screamer must be familiar with the screamer’s voice under similar circumstances - in fear for their life or safety. Can you describe to us the situations under which you have heard TM scream in this manner so we can understand your basis for making this judgment?”
Either the parent dimes on the past history of fights, or claims selective omniscience, neither of which is helpful to the prosecution.
Rush Limbaugh talking about this case and the prosecution imploding. How the media is suggesting there may be riots now. The media is hoping for manslaughter now.
I think that's because there is a general feeling that the majority no longer feels represented in this country. We feel that all of our institutions, one by one, are being pulled out from under us. All we can do is watch, feeling helpless about attempts to stop it.

I still contend that the State is trying to throw the case so the blame for the riots will be hung on the jury if aquitted.

They are grasping at anything... their GAME needs to be CHANGED by something - ANYTHING... pathetically obvious!
