Today, July 3rd, is DAY #18 (of 4th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.
Rather than recap yesterday, I want to draw attention to some issues – A great recap is available HERE:
Yesterday, we got the first view on the horizon of the mud about to get slung by the State toward the character of George Zimmerman – Things are about to get intense.
Also, the State probably wants the jury to hear Sybrina, TrayMom™ and tears, last in the line-up prior to the long mid-week holiday break - so heads up for her this afternoon.
Tracy probably will not testify – due to his on-the-record lies now visible in evidence.
Remember, there is so much corruption in the assembly of this case you can expect the State to avoid the traditional witnesses brought by normal prosecutions.
The state has already won a pre-trial motion to bar the defense mentioning the absence of any witness from the State’s case.
So if the Seminole County Medical Examiner, or any LEO is not called to the stand – O’Mara cannot mention it. M.E. = Trayvon Blood Tox. etc.
The Scheme Team has, in their desperation, blitzed the media and geography. Daryl Parks, and Jasmine Rand are doing as much Cable News as possible. Jasmine is the David Axelrod of their scheme. She is also a well skilled liar, and working hand in hand to assist and counsel with the State.
Jasmine is also simultaneously trying to coordinate the narrative of Rachel Jeantel with Rod Vereen. You now have: Natalie Jackson, Ben Crump, Darryl Parks, Jasmine Rand, and Rod Vereen all working together to protect their narrative.
According to her girls: Alicia Stanley – has also been physically threatened and extorted to keep her mouth shut. They, all of them, are in full tactical combat operational mode to get their lynching money.
There is NOTHING they will not do. N.O.T.H.I.N.G.
To ‘Airborne’s post upthread: Every once in a while, some national incident just grabs me. I’m not naive...I’ve been around the block...lived in Detroit...have some street creds (in young and dumb days), but this case has me hooked. I, too, am just sick about all the implications of this travesty. The last time I felt like this (the last time I cried for my country) was when O’bumbler was elected and Fox had a live pic of someone waving a red hammer/sickle flag in front of our White House. For some reason, this trial is bringing up similar feelings. I just can’t stand it.
To Joe: THank you for the pics! As I’m scrolling thru the thread and scanning posts, it clues me in that a new witness is up...helps me to keep track.
Uncle Chip: I’m still awaiting the coroner/autopsy testimony...I will not think about the kangaroos disallowing something so friggin important. I will not think about that !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Maybe over compensation based on the weakness of the prosecution. Also, the defense esp MOM is very sharp and she feels her intellectual inferiority and that may come out as hostility and bias.

Testimony on CLUSTER F 101
If I had to produce testimony for the prosecution using Skype, I would be certain to decorate the walls behind me with pictures of firearms, and perhaps hang a couple of assault rifles up (with huge magazines) on the wall directly behind me.
Maybe even a couple of silhouette targets perforated with numerous holes in the “X” ring, and maybe a stray or two in the noggin. :)

jury deliberations are sacrosanct. NOt Guilty/gulty is they exclusive call for watever reason. IOW they can ignore jury instructions. BUT they have to know it since there is no nulification instruction. In DC nulification is SOP.

I’m not getting how that would happen. Judge/pros can’t declare a mistrial just for the hell of it, and from what I’ve seen so far, defense wouldn’t *want* a mistrial.
Thank you - I will just say as an untrained observer - (as I assume the jury to be) - I would interpret her as being biased.
