this witness is more honest than most so far
“You don’t have to wait until you are almost dead,” to invoke self defense.
If GZ had been allowed to open carry, would little Trayvon have thought twice about attacking an armed man?
Did he really? I missed that. He said Hi to George? Is that allowed?
Yes, yet another state-called witness that benefits the defense.
Yet another prosecution witness backfiring on ‘em....
Looks like the prosecution will have to impeach their own witness again.
Judge not happy with this description and its implication for the defense. Cautions jury again that law will be explained prior to deliberations.
It will be interesting to see if she attempts to leave anything out of the relevant laws ti be considered?
Can a jury request a printed copy of the law or an official law book for use in their deliberations?
Yes we know, we’re watching the teacher testify..lol
This witness is a NIGHTMARE for the prosecution..for all kinds of reasons..INCLUDING THAT HE IS BLACK.
This goes into the file of
WHAT WERE THEY THINKING....
Absolutely! This testimony (also) leaves reasonable doubt in the minds of the jury panelists that GZ acted in defense of his own life that night, IMO. So far, the state has NO case. But we knew that.
Thank you!!!
West actually doing a good job with this witness. He successfully defused objection that witness was to adress only what he taught rather than relates is general knowledge and opinions on the law.
I wonder id the pros will regret opening THIS door?
Sustained. Lol. F’ing planted judge.
Greta was ax’d yesterday by Bob Beckel is the state was bad law yers....Greta said no...it is a bad case
that is right in there w/ Al Bundy scorin 4 touchdowns in one game
OMG!! LOL Pros objecting to their own witnesses testimony. This is good.
Wow. She actually over-ruled an objection by the state. I’m stunned!
How many times has THAT question been asked during this trial? It's grasping at straws. Or almost comical inability and failure to foresee.
