Today, July 3rd, is DAY #18 (of 4th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.
Rather than recap yesterday, I want to draw attention to some issues – A great recap is available HERE:
Yesterday, we got the first view on the horizon of the mud about to get slung by the State toward the character of George Zimmerman – Things are about to get intense.
Also, the State probably wants the jury to hear Sybrina, TrayMom™ and tears, last in the line-up prior to the long mid-week holiday break - so heads up for her this afternoon.
Tracy probably will not testify – due to his on-the-record lies now visible in evidence.
Remember, there is so much corruption in the assembly of this case you can expect the State to avoid the traditional witnesses brought by normal prosecutions.
The state has already won a pre-trial motion to bar the defense mentioning the absence of any witness from the State’s case.
So if the Seminole County Medical Examiner, or any LEO is not called to the stand – O’Mara cannot mention it. M.E. = Trayvon Blood Tox. etc.
The Scheme Team has, in their desperation, blitzed the media and geography. Daryl Parks, and Jasmine Rand are doing as much Cable News as possible. Jasmine is the David Axelrod of their scheme. She is also a well skilled liar, and working hand in hand to assist and counsel with the State.
Jasmine is also simultaneously trying to coordinate the narrative of Rachel Jeantel with Rod Vereen. You now have: Natalie Jackson, Ben Crump, Darryl Parks, Jasmine Rand, and Rod Vereen all working together to protect their narrative.
According to her girls: Alicia Stanley – has also been physically threatened and extorted to keep her mouth shut. They, all of them, are in full tactical combat operational mode to get their lynching money.
There is NOTHING they will not do. N.O.T.H.I.N.G.

They’re stacking the deck. I hope the jury gets so pissed off by this that they’ll take less than 5 minutes to come back with a NOT GUILTY verdict just to make a point.
This woman seems to be both judge and prosecutor, my problem with the prosecution and the judge, is they both are paid by the state, and it appears both are prejudice towards the defendant. Just my observation of course.

My daughter took those classes with the same professor. She says they NEVER covered “stand your ground”, and these were very basic classes-not what the State is trying to make them out to be.
Every night that “they” leave the courtroom they get to catch up on what the world is saying about this trial. It shows in their attitude the next day.
I’m now thinking that the judge will be downright obstructionist during the defense case in hopes of making the defense “blow up” at her. Just a thought.
Holder's people have had it their way for years and if that side looses, it is inevitable they will riot. They want it their way and will do anything to get it INCLUDING murder, mayhem, arson, whatever. Their brain functions entirely different when confronted with anything that goes agains't them. (Ever see any live media film where they are being arrested or confronted for anything? They go beserk and lose all control. I expect more to come).

I think she is angling for that too. She basically told MOM FU during her hearing today by slam dunking all his objections as soon as he finished his plea.
Speculation now that defense will present their case early next week. Eight more witnesses for state from this proffer.
It won’t be allowed. You cannot reference a witness that did not testify. Especially not with this judge.
In other words, she didn’t even listen to MOM’s plea, her mind was already made up.
The judge is angry she can’t admit West’s daughter’s Facebook post, and is taking it out on MOM.
Am I missing something here? All that was said is that the defense cannot comment upon the prosecution’s failure to call the ME as a witness. If the autopsy report is helpful to the defense, why can’t the defense attorneys call the ME as a defense witness?
