The maggots showed up because they thought Hispanic Catholic Zimmerman was a Jew. It got out of hand before they figured out he wasn’t, although even now there are folks pushing the Zimmerman=Jewish meme.

If his name was Jorge Zambrano, this would have remained a little local dustup, if that.

No, blacks hate Hispanics as much as they hate any other whites. They are very jealous because Hispanic immigrants, even those who arrive here without a word of English, are doing a lot better than blacks. But that’s because Hispanics still believe in working for a living, rather than getting it from welfare or from lawsuits.

If his name had been Jose Rodriguez instead of George Zimmerman then there would have been no indictment in the first place.

At first they thought he was Jewish.

They looked at the name and conjured up an image such as this.

If his name had been Jose Rodriguez this is what they'd have imagined him to look like.

Liberals are such racists.

Why do so many people think that Zimmerman is a Jewish name, or think that other people think that? It means “carpenter” in German, not a traditional Jewish occupation.

And honestly, I think if Zimmerman were Jewish, he might be seen as belonging to a victim class and not be facing this prosecution.
