Defense doesn’t have to prove anything.

Prosecution has prove that Zimmerman threw the first punch or otherwise initiated force. They can’t.

The only way Zimmerman will be found guilty is jury tampering: threats of riots, threats against them personally, etc.

All I have seen of this is a bunch of people twisting themselves into pretzels using anything but logic and fact to say that Zimmerman is guilty of murder when there is zero evidence of such, and plenty of evidence that he was going to be the one murdered.

Exactly. Besides, what do I care if there are race riots. I do not live anywhere near areas that will be rioting or burning down. They have no effect on me.

1. I was agreeing with the poster in #24, who said: "Zimmerman is an idiot and wannabe cop, while Martin was an idiot and wannabe thug and when you put two idiots together, bad things tend to happen.

2. But I will expand on this to say that Zimmerman obviously got very worked up about Martin and jumped to some conclusions about him and was following him closely enough to draw Martin's attention. If he had not done this, Martin would probably have just proceeded back to his friend's apartment to mix up his little drug concoction and the whole event would never have happened.

Suppose I go out looking for trouble and I end up having to shoot somebody. Even if the shooting is totally justified, I shouldn't be surprised that I found trouble and ended up having to explain myself in court.
