If you don’t have a case....You don’t have a case....This is going to be all about “Who was the aggressor?”
And as long as Jenteal leaves out what she must have heard the clearest...”You got a problem?”....It goes to speculation.
No matter what is proposed....Jurors make up their own definition of reasonable doubt. The Casey case is a good example.
It doesn’t even get close to “probable cause.”
I don't think this is going to swing on "reasonable doubt," which is the law. I think it may end up being about riot prevention, which could be the biggest miscarriage of justice we've seen in my lifetime.
It would signal the move of justice from a system of laws to a system to protect whoever has the monopoly on violence, in this case black thugs. One man will have to be thrown to the wolves to prevent riots by black thugs. As long as people fear reprisals from black thugs, that will take priority over quaint silliness like whether or not someone is actually guilty of something.
If Zimmerman goes to jail for this, we're in for some very difficult times ahead.
