I wouldn’t buy it if I was a jury member - or at least I would question it and take everything else into consideration. You know the cops are on the way. YOu are in fear for your life.

Zimmerman never claimed to be in fear for his life while he was in the car. That’s a strawman. I don’t know who raised it, I don’t think it was raised in questioning by the investigators, nor was it claimed at trial.
