Today, July 1st, is DAY #16 (of 4th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.

Last week the prosecution feebly presented the first series of witnesses against George Zimmerman. However, as most observers would note, the witnesses called by the state have so far been more beneficial for the Zimmerman Self-Defense position.

what i heard and has not come out is that GZ didnt pull the gun even after poundibg. it was when Travon saw the gun and attempted to reach for it.. thats when GZ shot once. also autoposy showed trayvons shirt was at least an inch or two from him when shot indicating he was leaning over.

So stupid that it doesn’t make sense. I think it is something else. The question is, what is that “something else”?

Everyone is thinking the same thing, but it would have to be a explosive bombshell because based on the evidence so far, this man is clearly innocent.

It’s not stupid. It is malicious. It is spite. It is not incompetence, it is using the power of the state to ruin an innocent man, and it is deliberate.

I think he was referring to ‘Thou shall not kill”.

Kill as in murder, The church's teaching is clear that all killing is not murder.

If he's a cracker, he must be the attacker.

If it's wet grass you hear, a creepy a** cracker is near.

No matter what is proposed....Jurors make up their own definition of reasonable doubt. The Casey case is a good example.

This case is the state prosecutor against the Sanford Police Department. Lots of weird artifacts, due to that.

Yes, but they tend to err in the direction of interpretting “beyond a reasonable doubt” to “beyond the shadow of a doubt”.

Gawd I hate conversing in “fuzzy” language. :-(

She even said, God wouldn’t think George defending himself was wrong.

GOD next up on the Stand as a Prosecution Witness.

Yeah, I know that...and I think it was already brought up in the recording at trial? Not sure, but I knew that.

Sorry but when you put a man on trial for murder with threats from mobs that he better be convicted, its not throwing the game. They are gambling with a man’s life because they are weak, pathetic, soulless, gutless, etc etc.
