Today, July 1st, is DAY #16 (of 4th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.
Last week the prosecution feebly presented the first series of witnesses against George Zimmerman. However, as most observers would note, the witnesses called by the state have so far been more beneficial for the Zimmerman Self-Defense position.

I doubt the prosecution would risk this. It would be a matter of phone company record what phone Trayvon's phone was in contact with in the hours leading up to the incident. It would also be a matter of phone company record who has been paying the bill for that phone. I doubt MoM would miss that.

I’ll treat the above as “hear-say” (since I’m not going back to review earlier posts) but if anybody said that “it would benefit GZ to go to jail for a few years as he would be safe” that person has uttered an idiotic statement. And I agree with you that it is “completely idiotic”.

According to Zimmerman’s testimony on paper coming from the officer who interviewed him, the tables were turned. Martin is now pursuing and stalking Zimmerman. He comes out of nowhere and attacks Zimmerman, who defends himself when attacked. It’s just that simple, and many saw it from the beginning; just as we saw and understood that Barack Obama was a patholigcal, habitual, lying snake from the beginning.

Sad thing is with enough threats it might work, because the jury could still convict to appease. It’s called the easy way out and it would not surprise me.

They should indeed fry!! But they have given George solid grounds to have a new SSN issued (in a fashion similar to those persons in a witness protection situation can be given one).

Hmmmmm.... one of the reasons the HOA settled with the Martins for six figures ? A video would have proved the case (maybe, if it was on the action). Why weren't the cameras working if the neighborhood felt it necessary to make a Neighborhood Watch and there were recent home breakins and robbery(s) in the complex ? Trying to cut corners ? Vandalism ? I knew of a complex like this. The cameras were constantly vandalized by the criminals who lived in or visited the complex.
He wanted Zimmerman to follow him on foot. That is evident in the DeeDee Letter. He was trying to lure him out of his vehicle.
both sides are not equal. Trials are by design UNFAIR AND UNEQUAL. The state has all the burden. They have to prove everything. mistakes by the state matter, mistakes by defense are not as devestating by compararison of burdens.
Remember the defense can do NOTHING and still win.
