Today, July 1st, is DAY #16 (of 4th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.
Last week the prosecution feebly presented the first series of witnesses against George Zimmerman. However, as most observers would note, the witnesses called by the state have so far been more beneficial for the Zimmerman Self-Defense position.

Thank you, I was unaware. I tried my best not to listen to all the preceding discussions because I wanted to approach the trial as a juror might. Thinking along with the moment.
When I hear the subsequent recordings of her taking a different tact, I believe that I will adjust my initial impression.
A few days ago I heard a legal analyst on Fox say that after this is all over, GZ should have a great case for a malicious prosecution lawsuit.
Obviously you have experience in this regard. But is there anything at all that would cause you to see that she is speaking to him as more of a peer and not a suspect?
She sounds to me, as if she is gathering facts from a fellow law enforcer to sustain that this act was self-defense.
The goal is to get the person to talk. For some, it may mean being adversarial and ticking them off until they say something incriminating. In Z’s case, treating him with respect and as the innocent victimm who has her utmost sympathy was the trick.
Their demeaner is based on their goal (as much info as possible) and the attitude of the person being interviewed.
LOL!!!
That is true and, like Fast and Furious, 0bama's primary intention was to use the fallout as a hammer to pound on the 2nd Amendment.
"Creepy Ass Crackers use guns to keep the black man down. Stand Your Ground laws are raciss!"
At this point, ht might be so confident of the outcome that he's doing the Sodoku out of the morning newspaper.
Thank you for your input. I appreciate it muchly!
So, State is trying to find some discrepencies in the Lattitude/Longitude of what George said?
Interesting. Thanks.
Obama’s mouth has already gotten him a reprimand by a military courts-martial official, and has made it impossible to give the accused a fair trial.
I do believe that this is very much the case in this situation as well.
Recall the Cambridge incident where he spouted off that the police had “acted stupidly” before he even knew the facts.
May well be one of the strongest points for appeal should the verdict not go well.
ditto that...I went to ebay and saw a rolex that matched it to a T
Days later that would be normal, in regards to details, memory normally starts changing slightly, due to the passage of time. Every lawyer in the courtroom knows this.
What everyone needs to remember, is all the evidence nearly perfectly supports what Z has stated...Over and over.
And when things are gone over, over and over, there are some details and memory that will alter or change slightly.
I feel bad for GZ simply because he saw a problem in his community - his wife witnessed people’s residences being broken into - so he takes it upon himself to do something about it.
He formed the neighborhood watch group, which is not a fly-by-night outfit. He obviously had the intellect and maturity to head up this group because he did it with the approval and consent of the president of the homeowner’s organization.
I don’t know what kind of “police” training or background he has, other than that he was rejected as a candidate for the police force.
He was doing the best he could under trying circumstances - and it was just fortunate that he was carrying a firearm.

Couldn't the same be said about your reaction to the incident ?
I don't see how either side has a case, as both made mistakes.
It's being resolved by both sides, is this not true ?
Again, I'd walk through hell to stay on F.R. A little fire never bothered me, why does it bother you so much? You don't seem like the easily discouraged type.
We posters are the guards of F.R., every single one of us. That means learning how to post and the rules, which ICHING admits he didn't. I say , learn the rules, then you have the right to complain about the rules.
He's a noob, not a blog pimp.
Well ,as I told him, live and learn. It's a tough world, and life's not fair. So what?
BTW, IChing has probably passed the NOOB initiation and I already acknowledged him as a FRiend. He's not a noob, now, and not a blog pimp, so now he's like us....whatever that maybe.
dang troll. ;)
They are attempting to hang an innocent man from their race rope.
This is becoming inordinately clear.
