Today, July 1st, is DAY #16 (of 4th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.
Last week the prosecution feebly presented the first series of witnesses against George Zimmerman. However, as most observers would note, the witnesses called by the state have so far been more beneficial for the Zimmerman Self-Defense position.

Then you need to listen to a lot of lawyers tonight that talk about that tape and the damage it does...if O’Mara can’t fix it.
That’s not the legal definition of malice. Hit men would definitely fit the definition of killing with malice.
I missed something. Which tape did damage? Damage to GZ?
Ah, but that might be the aim. Toss the case into an appeal and then tell the rioters that “hey, I did my job. George was convicted but it was the appeals court that threw it out on a ‘technicality.’”

I have my own eyes/ears/mind to conclude what common sense tells me. Sadly, I am not on the jury so it matters not.

there are a lot of issues...that’s not to say that they can’t be cleared up and O”mara is trying right now. He HAS TO.
Start with the Smothering aspect versus the screaming and then the noise of the shot.
Moving on to reenactment and asking if there were inconsistencies. Serino waffling.
MOM pressing for specificity. Gets on the record that minor inconsistencies are expected.
Serino asked to come up with inconsistencies and he says he can’t come up with any right now. O’Mara says you have had all this information for months to go over and study and you can’t come up with any. Is it possible that they don’t exist.
Honey in the end your arguing about bad the tape damaged GZ yet you haven’t listened to it yourself just INTERVIEWS about the tape and tweets about it? Got it.
You should listen to people who practice law. It will help you zone in on things you have obviously missed
O”mara knows that tape is a problem and he is trying to fix it.

PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO QUESTIONS BY O’Mara AND YOU WILL SEE THE PROBLEMS HE IS TRYING TO FIX FROM THAT TAPE

Please, there is really no need to get pissy with me. We are on the same side here. As for legal talk, I have lawyers in my family so yes, I’ve listened to the legalize for years and years and years....they are a bore!
And to that point, each lawyer has their own perception as well, and their own experiences they draw from.

The reference is to the “challenge interviews” of February 29th.
I find it very unlikely the prosecution has anything left which would show/prove or suggest guilt. There is no bombshell...There is nothing left.
This trial is over in my opinion.
The prosecution lost big.
