Today, July 1st, is DAY #16 (of 4th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.

Last week the prosecution feebly presented the first series of witnesses against George Zimmerman. However, as most observers would note, the witnesses called by the state have so far been more beneficial for the Zimmerman Self-Defense position.

On Tuesday February 28th after meeting with lead detective Serino, Tracy Martin contacted Benjamin Crump, from the law firm Parks and Crump. In turn Crump hired Sanford attorney Natalie Jackson. Subsequently by Monday March 5th, two days after Trayvon was laid to rest, a specific and intentional strategy to manufacture “media evidence” was created by Benjamin Crump and Natalie Jackson. That outline was then presented and sold by the hired Publicist Ryan Julison.

the trail to Washington DC and Julison’s prior support, advancement and advocacy for the Black Farmers Pigford lawsuit settlement.

Within the prior networking connections to this lawsuit, and within the media consulting/advocacy, is where the outline of the Congressional Black Caucus and substantive race-dependent civil rights leaders such as Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, and the NAACP’s Ben Jealous are connected to Ryan Julison through Benjamin Crump and Natalie Jackson and the Pigford II Lawyer, Greg Francis.

The legal analyst for Orlando’s Channel 9 thinks the state made a huge mistake in introducing the various statements/interviews of GZ in the way they did.He said that now GZ is on the record with a plausible claim of self defense without needing to take the stand.This same analyst,IMO,has been cheering the state’s case...in a way that one would expect a “progressive” who worships at the altar of affirmative action to do.

Maybe so, but it appears that all the misdirection and subterfuge is coming from the state, Trayvon's family, and the Race Victimization Industry.

The witnesses have actually presented a fairly clear narrative, that Zimmerman was protecting his neighborhood and attacked. He defended himself. End of story. But then the vultures swooped in.

I don't think Serino is particularly uncomfortable there, and I have every reason to think he will answer truthfully.

Serino is also a defense witness, and I think he will be called later, assuming Nelson does not grant a motion for judgment of acquittal after the state rests. On THAT giving of testimony, if not on this cross exam, O'Mara will bring up the background to Serino recommending charges.

On Direct exam, today, Bernardo did not ask about Serino recommending charges, so O'Mara has no right to bring that up, unless Serino opens that door with an answer. Today's testimony will focus on Zimmerman inconsistencies and Serino's impression of Zimmerman's answers.

The only thing messy is the liars and gutless political hacks giving in to the race hustling mobs and the queers who run the news rooms.
The actual facts are pretty clear that GZ shot out of self defense. The prosecution so fare hasn’t even proved manslaughter beyond a reasonable doubt let alone second degree murder.

The prosecution needs to be careful. If the judge is wildly swinging their way, they are setting up an appeal by winning improperly. The more they win, the better the appeal.

This is a messy case. The law is hard enough to understand, but this case has more smoke and fog than any case I have ever followed.

The reason for that partly is due to the fact the prosecution has no pertinent evidence or witnesses indicating Zimmerman committed a crime. It's become a case of tiny details, words and phrases, many of which have little to do with the shooting event.
