Thought you guys following the trial might want to review this and have the link handy.
I have watched much of it streaming online, but missed some of the early stuff...never watch the MSM (except Fox).
The Medical Examiner did not elaborate on the content of the tattoos - oddly enough.
figures. I guess we’ve since figured out that Sybrina is on the wrist, but why would the ME say it was letters and symbols; the idiot can’t read?
The old man has gang symbols on more than one place on his own body, but has since replaced the one on his neck with praying hands....that’s believable :|
:-) learn something useful every day.
Two of the cops administered CPR. He was dead but they tried.
There’s another thread around here saying he was on “lean” from codeine which can produce extreme agitation. The preferred was to take it is mixing and then sipping with Arizona watermelon juice (which TM purchased at the 7-11).
Has a PCP-like effect.
That could be a very big bombshell.
That was my original point. Even though it is hearsay, it has to be based on factual evidence, Someone had to tell the ME that information. The ME should be questioned and asked where it came from. Either the ME made it up or it is in someone’s notes/report,
This report seems to say they got the info from 911 dispatch but that isn’t very clear. The ME would never have or listen to the tape. Thus someone relayed that information. The ME has to testify. They have to prove the person died and how. The entire report can be questioned. It may make for some interesting cross. Especially with all the other problems in this case.
I think the drink and skittles were unopened...probably had the cough syrup at the house.
Conservative treehouse does have an interesting theory that he hung out at the gas station while simebody else bought him a cigar tube...to but marijuana in.
thanks
Autopsy didn't go into great detail about the bullet. Just that it didn't exit the body and and the jacket had broke into three parts (if I remember correctly)
Unless Zimmerman hit bone I would think it would have exited the body as Martin was was wearing a sweatshirt and was pretty thin. 115gr JHP sound pretty standard but was hoping for manufacturer, etc. I should just feel lucky we know what we do!
Double action — long trigger pull - no safety.
Yep — When you combine the prejudice in that report with the multiple errors that were made in collecting evidence and processing evidence and withholding the toxicology report and the fact that the hostile evidence tech couldn’t even get the can of juice identified properly even though it says so right on the can, the ME has a lot of explaining to do.
My questions are rhetorical questions. Taking the big picture, not getting down into weeds, just asking questions to show that the overview of this situation shows how wrong it is for it to be stated in a ME report that Zimmerman “started it”.
Fair enough. I thought you were of the belief that I was saying those things. My bad.
I think the report said something about the costal muscles, thus it most likely hit a rib.
Selliet and Belliot, low cost jhp’s from Czechlovakia, or so I gather. If the hollowpoint bullet expanded as designed, the bullet would be slowed by the increasing resistance of tissue to the increasing diameter of the bullet, a bit like a parachute stops a dragster car. Most jhp’s don’t expand in flesh, especially not from the mere 3” barrel of the Keltec PF9, a 6” long, 13 oz, $350 pistol. But apparently this jhp bullet did so expand.
