What are the English requirements for the new immigration bill?

The new comprehensive immigration bill would require 11 million illegal aliens to learn English. Paul Ryan recently told Sean Hannity on live radio that this would be a requirement. How would this work? How many teachers, and examiners would it take to to bring these new probationary American citizens up to speed on the English languaga? Would we really deport these new citizens for not speaking the language well? Would those who were illiterate be required to write in English?

I have not seen this adequately discussed. Are we talking about 50-100,000 new teachers and examiners? How can we support this in a down economy?

The two key components which keep us together are being removed as is our sovereignity - one can see why they don’t want to spend the money at the border. They’ll eventually balkanize us just like they did in Yugoslavia - easier to control.

I was talking to a Hispanic plumber. He was born and raised in California. He quit the school system at age 16. He said, “I spoke almost no English. It’s like they were trying to keep me down. Finally, I got out and got a job. A Cuban I worked construction with taught me English.” At 30-something, he is now working on his GED.

Oh, and they’re supposed to take “civics” classes, too. According to Paul Ryan they’ll get deported if they don’t comply with the requirements to learn English and take civics classes and pay taxes.

We don’t deport them now when they rob, rape, abuse, and murder. What makes anyone think we’re going to throw them out because they don’t show up for civics or ESOL class?

What is Obama using to blackmail Ryan and Rubio? That’s all I want to know. Because there has to be something.
