The psychological term for what’s going on is “transference”. The whole prosecutorial, judicial and journalistic realm is transferring a deep seated white-guilt complex onto Mr. Zimmerman who happened to defend himself from a black punk banger going ‘ground and pound’ on his ass.

I have a dream that one day this nation will rise up and live out the true meaning of its creed: “We hold these truths to be self-evident: that all men are created equal.” I have a dream that one day on the red hills of Georgia the sons of former slaves and the sons of former slaveowners will be able to sit down together at a table of brotherhood. How far away that dream has become. In the place of that dream we have a bunch of race baiters, racialists who profit from the stoking of race based hatred.
