That's a remarkable statement to come from the Martin legal team, since race is the only reason we're having this trial at all. Everyone from the Martin family's lawyers, to the professional grievance industry, to characters like the New Black Panther Party was busy whipping up riot conditions and treating Zimmerman as a fugitive from racial justice, which led to filmmaker Spike Lee endangering the lives of an innocent couple that just happened to be named "Zimmerman." And there's a good reason the media referred to Zimmerman as "white" until photos of him finally leaked out, and they had to change it to "white Hispanic," a very special demographic of which George Zimmerman seems to remain the only high-profile member.
As the likelihood of a not-guilty verdict grows, the machinery of racial unrest is getting pumped up again. Death threats against "creepy ass cracka" George Zimmerman are flying around Twitter. An acquittal might be the best thing that could happen for certain political and cultural actors, as Glenn Reynolds of Instapundit suggested: "Obama and the Democrats would actually prefer an acquittal here. That’s because the whole point of the ginned-up Zimmerman affair was to inflame racial sentiment to boost black turnout in 2012. With any luck, they can turn an acquittal into another racial rallying cry, which will help in 2014. It’s not about Zimmerman; he’s just one of those eggs you have to break to make an Obama omelet." I suspect one reason the lawyers are starting to back away from the racial claims is that nothing has appeared to support them in court. Despicable and tragic, this is a farce in so many ways.
The prosecution is a buncha racist ass crackers.
The kind of farce that keeps showing a picture of Trayvon Martin as a much younger Cherub rather than the gold-tooth punk banger he actually was.
The kind of farce where the judge disallows anything and everything that would give the jury an idea of his gang demeanor and proclivities.
The kind of farce where so-called journalists of color make wildly idiotic excuses for the girlfriend, now just a “friend” as a victim rather than as a bloated illiterate, uneducated racist so typical of urban youth now.
The kind of farce where everybody and their brother is so willing and eager to cast George Zimmerman as a complete token of the white race, ignoring his Hispanic foundations.
The kind of farce where this media race-casting has virtually ignored any Hispanic population's feelings on this trial.
It is black, black, black, black-black victim of a crazy whitey and that's it - Holder say we only prosecute white on black crime and dis be it dammit, we gonna git justice we gonna get paid, you white ass crackers!
Not just ‘race.’ But all the assumptions behind race -
White Race = oppressor, rich, hates non-Whites.
Non-White = oppressed, poor, justified in hating Whites.
That’s what race is all about.

Let’s stop beating around the bush and call it what it is: a bald-faced lie from a prevaricating professional race pimp. It’s been about race from the time they roused the rabble to reverse the decision of the Sanford PD on not charging GZ. Racism is the catalyst for the trial in the first place.
I see the entire thing as a democrat tactic to get blacks, especially Florida blacks, stirred up against whites in an effort to help democrats in the 2014 elections.
The federal government (Obama and Holder) fomented racial unrest as a tactic to force the local and state officials to charge Zimmerman in the first place.
The whole thing is just a circus to keep blacks stirred up against whites. It keeps stupid blacks on the federal plantation. and keeps the hate of whites boiling.
I really think that the racists behind this miscarriage of justice want Zimmerman to be found not guilty so that blacks get even more incensed.
I don't know if it is true, but I read that George Z has a black man in his family tree, great grandfather or something.

I remember that happening as well. I also remember Bambi inserting himself into the case when all he wanted was to stir things up for voting, without any concern for what the truth might be.

Not guilty.... Prepare for the zombie invasion. Sat in a Denny's and a group of (Amish) were screaming that if Zimmerman is found not guilty, they were going to (quote) "Bust heads and make white girls bleed."
