Today, June 28th, is DAY #15 (of 3rd week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case. [Yesterday] it was simply not a very good day at all for the prosecution. The primary State witnesses today were Rachel Jeantel, Jenna Lauer, and Selma Mora.
The first had her credibility substantively destroyed, the second was powerfullyalmost humiliatinglyco-opted by the defense, and the third provided testimony entirely consistent with the defenses theory of lawful self-defense. (continue reading)

Yeah, I heard that ‘analysis.’
Such a putz.
I love O’Mara!
The pathetic judge at it again!
Holy smokes....first time Ive seen Judge over-rule the state!
hype... good thing juries can be sequestered. just illustrates that the media has more interest in underscoring or creating false melodrama.
every time BDLR uses these types of desperate strategies, it gives West another opportunity to teach the jury via interrogating the witness further. In a fair world, this should never have been brought to trial.
The guy’s job is not to “railroad innocent folks” but rather to get the bad guys off the streets. Zimmerman already took the bad guy off the street. The prosecution was forced by public pressure, not facts, to bring this case to trial.
It is wrong to criticize him for trying to let the truth come out in this trial, as we’ve seen continually during the prosecution.
O'Mara relates various interviews with differing questions and length of time to sympathetically ask Good if he was lying, "no".
Good says basic facts never changed. O'Mara says like man in red always on the bottom, Good says "yes."
O'Mara now reading statement of Good to Serino. BDLR objects. Over ruled.
Transcript of statement black man in hoodie on top 'blows raining down MMA style'.
Both BDLR and O'Mara rest with Good saying he didn't see actual fists hitting flesh. Just arms going down.
O'Mara wants to talk with Good during recess(?)
Early lunch recess.
Bernie is trying to get Good to say that he didn’t see any of the blows actually hitting GZ’s face —
>> In a fair world, this should never have been brought to trial.
Thank shyster Crump for that. Oh, and it wouldn’t be right to leave out the fawning political correctness of the entire Floriduh “justice” machine.
“every time BDLR uses these types of desperate strategies, it gives West another opportunity to teach the jury via interrogating the witness further”
Do you mean Mark O’Mara, not West?
Things are looking good and the defense hasn’t even presented their case yet.
But I thought Good had already stated that. (still confused)
So far, none of the witnesses have shown that Z lied about a thing, IMO. Anybody see it differently?
Don't hold your breathe. The prosecution managed to prevent Z's family from being in the courtroom. Do you think the law is going to go after DD?
maybe. i get them confused. sorry.
But Good also testified that he only saw 8 seconds of this MMA beatdown -- 8 seconds.
Holy smokes....first time Ive seen Judge over-rule the state!

Darn it! She just had to do it while I had to step away for a few minutes. I’m still waiting to personally witness such a rare occurrence.
Good has softened his original testimony. He at first told authorities that blows were being landed now he has backed off that.
I thought Dennis Rader was in prison?
Thank you both so much. Your play by play certainly helps fill in the blanks while I’m caring for dad.
Why would Mom want to talk with John during recess?
