Today, June 28th, is DAY #15 (of 3rd week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case. [Yesterday] … it was simply not a very good day at all for the prosecution. The primary State witnesses today were Rachel Jeantel, Jenna Lauer, and Selma Mora.

The first had her credibility substantively destroyed, the second was powerfully–almost humiliatingly–co-opted by the defense, and the third provided testimony entirely consistent with the defense’s theory of lawful self-defense. (continue reading)

I am picking up what you are - and frankly I’m tired of all the witnesses being snarky with the defense.

There is so much anger around this entire trial, I doubt any of these people want to be there. And of course, with the potential for angry riots to come, everyone seems a bit on edge.

He did eventually use the term perpendicular to contrast with what he’d initially seen, and it was then that I realized what he’d meant by his use of vertical.

And here I thought yesterday was exhausting! JG is really starting to piss me off! I’m sure it sucks that he actually is a witness and has his face out there now, but he is in a court of law and is required to tell the truth.

I can’t even begin to imagine what GZ is living through with this conga line of freaks and their attitude.

I've been using my Norton One with Norton 360 Premier Edition to do a registry clean-up and a shut down during the trial breaks. Then I restart the computer when the trial is to resume. Seems my feed doesn't buffer as much.

I realize JG doesn't want his life destroyed because his testimony portrays TM as the aggressor, but why is he so adversarial to O’Mara?
