Part of me wants to 'gloat' that he lost and is suffering disappointment. After the last 4 years, I am wary on how this lot will 'get even'.

this DoJ already fails to enforce laws that it, in it’s own opinion, considers unconstitutional. maybe it will continue to enforce laws that aren’t constitutional, but it believes should be.

More wind taken out of the sails of the race baiters. Holder and Bozo being the master baiters.

Obama said “this is a setback”. “Setback” to who and for what. I don’t think the majority of Americans think it is a setback.
When ever there is a reversal of Obama’s agenda it’s a “setback” as if there is something inherently moral and right about what he wants to do.

I wonder which brand of shoe polish he uses on it?

I believe after another controversial ruling from the USSC, President Obama said that Obamacare was the “law of the land.”
This ruling is also “the law of the land” and Holder just needs to get used to it. Sauce for the goose, after all.

This is really good news for Texas. We now will have control over our districting and our primary.
For years the liberals have used the voting rights act to tamp down Texas conservative influence in presidential elections.
The DOJ sued Texas twice last election cycle and successfully pushed our primary out to late May I believe it was. This helped Romney win the pub primary.

I'm wondering how the AGOTUS could have so little respect for the law and how the system works.
Was he speaking as a the chief law enforcement officer of the United States of America? Or as a partisan?

Holder is himself a criminal, and a traitor to the Constitution.
He should have been impeached and imprisoned long ago.
One can pray, and hope, that one day Justice is served on the likes of Eric Holder.
If not in this life, then ultimately before a Heavenly tribunal.

Oh, yeah—don’t mess with Texas!!

Both Holder and The Obamanation are vindictive as he!!, so I’m afraid Chief Justice Roberts, Justices Scalia, Kennedy, Thomas and Alito now have targets on their backs.

Yup. He’s right. All CITIZENS should freely exercise their rights to vote. And he’ll be the first to see that club wielding uniformed Black Panther fascists are standing by the polling areas to enforce it.
