Pelosi: Snowden's judgement 'has been impaired all along' By Daniel Strauss - 06/25/13 08:38 AM ET
House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) said Tuesday that Edward Snowden will be tracked down and prosecuted.
In an interview with CNN, Pelosi said the 30-year-old National Security Agency leaker has displayed "impaired judgement" and should return to the U.S. to "face the music."
"He'll be tracked down," Pelosi said. "I think his judgement has been impaired all along, including his judgement to go to China and then go to Russia and now be talking about going to other places. Why doesn't he feel so strongly about what he believes? Come home, face the music, make his case in court where he will, of course, be prosecuted."
Snowden is believed to be in Russia after leaving Honk Kong. The U.S. has asked Russian officials to detain him, but Russia has so far argued Snowden is not on their soil and is on international ground in Moscow's airport.
"He has not crossed the Russian border," Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said, according to reports. "We consider the attempts to put blame on the Russian side … absolutely groundless and unacceptable."

Then how did he get such easy access to all of that senstive data? I think they entrapped him- and used him and are still using him.
Being a traitor solely rests on the shoulders of the originating agencies involved and the Department of Justice.
Your understanding of him in 2008 is different than mine. In mine, he gave money to Ron Paul....
Regardless, like I said, traitor is a definition applied by those in power.
Just like those in power chose not to apply that moniker to Sandy “I stole Top Secret Documents with WJC handwritten margin notes on them and stuffed them in my pants” Berger (who testified he later stuffed them into a dumpster or something).
Just like that so-called blonde secretary thingy (Valerie Plame, wife of a former Ambassador Joe Wilson who lied re: yellowcake in Libya) at the CIA who claimed she was an “undercover agent” outed by Scooter Libby who thusly went to jail over lies.
I DON’T think of Snowden as a traitor because the Obama Administration and our corrupt intelligence services say he is. They lied, they lie to us daily, they will always lie to us. They lie while appealing to your patriotism with more lies and expect you (us) to get indignant and indict him without trial.
What do Pelosi and the GOPe spokesmen both have in common? They both hate Snowden.

Snowden was reportedly a sysadmin. They really have the "keys to the kingdom".
It's a job requirement for them to have access to everything. And on top of that, they are responsible for granting access to everyone else.
The Dems are edgy because Snowden put a wrench in the gears of their hoped for socialist coup. I’m waiting for a high level Dem to do a Snowden and reveal their palace takeover plans.

Have we seen any investigative committees, proposed legislation restrictions, or just general outcry? LOL So now it's out of the bag, and nothing is being done - the very definition of acceptance.
