Even critics who are totally opposed to Barack Obama's policies do not want anything to cut short his presidency, with Joe Biden as his successor.

Dr. Sowell is wrong here, at least in my case. I don't think a Biden presidency would produce any policy improvements, but his gaffes would at least provide some comic relief.
