How do you do *that*? Presumably the defense agreed to these jurors.Ineffective legal counsel might be a more effective avenue of appeal. As might the empaneling of a six member jury instead of twelve.

If Zimmerman is found guilty, on what grounds would he appeal? If they were all black, he might, except that both sides have challenges, and the prosecution could have challenged the makeup of the jury during voi deir (sp?) This is supposed to be a jury of Zimmerman’s peers, not Martin’s.

WHY???

Zimmerman's not black, why should blacks be sitting in judgment?

This attitude of the State of Florida about this trial - the it's supposed to deliver something for or to Trayvon Martin is disgusting.

George Zimmerman is the defendant. The State must prove that he is guilty of all of the elements of murder two BEYOND A REASONABLE DOUBT.

Those are the only two actors in the courtroom. Trayvon Martin has nothing at all to do with it, except for obligingly being dead.
