If Zimmerman is found guilty, on what grounds would he appeal? If they were all black, he might, except that both sides have challenges, and the prosecution could have challenged the makeup of the jury during voi deir (sp?) This is supposed to be a jury of Zimmerman’s peers, not Martin’s.
I do not know, most appeals are based on technicalities.
Still trying to figure out why he was even charged (ok I know is PR and race baiting) but when did we stop being a sane or mostly sane world?
