A Republican congressman is reviving the birther conspiracy and calling on Congress to revisit key issues that he says test the presidents validity.
When pressed by conservative radio host Rick Wiles last week, South Carolina Rep. Jeff Duncan played along with a conspiracy dubbed by Wiles as the original scandal: President Obamas phony identification papers.
Duncan, who chairs the House Homeland Security Oversight Subcommittee, went on to suggest that investigations into President Obamas place of birth was an issue deserving of the Supreme Courts attention.
WILES: But if we know theyre lying about all these other things, why not go back and say, well maybe the first scandal was a lie, too?
DUNCAN: There you go. Im all with you. Lets go back and revisit some of these things because Americans have questions about not only the IRS scandal but also about the presidents validity.

Ping to MSNBC rushing to suppress Rep. Duncan’s suggestion that if Barry has been lying all over the place, maybe he was lying about his HI BC!
Also...what about his social security number that was originally used by someone born in 1890? Just why are questions like this out of bounds???
Just WHY can’t he release his college records...or at least produce ONE person who knew him at Columbia???
If he were a Republican the media would never have let this stuff slide.
A very fine Southern Scots/Irish name you have there, Mr. Duncan! Good observations.
The Department of Homeland Security is custodian of U.S. immigration files. Why doesn’t the House committee for oversight of Homeland Security ask Sec. Napolitano to testify on Obama/Barry Soetoro’s immigration file?
His COLB, posted on-line at the White House web site, is a blatant forgery. It can be seen with the dullest eye, if they take the trouble to look into it.
Isn’t MSNBC the least curious about this? Where Obama was actually born is arguable, but it is A BLATANT FACT that both his COLBS are forgeries. Clumsy forgeries.
And his college records? How come Republicans all have to release theirs, but Clinton got a free pass on his Oxford records, and Obama gets a free pass from kindergarten on up?
South Carolina is certainly sending us a fine group of Congressmen who are making waves these days. I think they have only 8 Congressmen and we have Joe Wilson, Trey Gowdy, and now Jeff Duncan.
There’s no ‘birther conspiracy’ other than the obvious conspiracy to cover up a certain birth certificate (and where the blessed event occurred).
There is also a patent conspiracy to prevent judicial review of a certain Occupant’s constitutional qualification for office. This, of course, transcends the question of just finding just one real birth certificate (that is, where’s Daddy’s birth certificate, too?).
Yes, indeed there are birth-related conspiracies. Just not quite the one MSNBC imagines.
Still Lindsey Grahams negates everything good about SC.
Why them? Why not Congress?
I’ll raise you Nikki Haley over your Lyndsey Graham. I mean that in a good way.
Oh, and we’ve got to wait and see how Mark Sandford does. Will he be a sober Congressman who brings good, conservative legislation to the floor? Or, will he be a flake, cavorting on the Appalachian Trail with his south American sweetie?
obama=FAKE!
ping!
It’s about time...
Zippy can’t be deported because he can’t be shipped anywhere anyone knows he’s from. If Zip was an American citizen, he would’ve had a valid BC 5 years ago available on demand.
It hinges now & has always hinged on his popularity. It’s slipping, & like magic people suddenly admit Obama lies not about most things, but about everything. If it slips much lower, we should finally see some action.
He is the son of a Sunni Muslim. His countless half brothers are Sunni Muslim. Obama was educated in a Sunni Indonesian madrassas, and he perpetually goes out of his way to ally himself with and advocate for a Sunni revolution. I would say he more than just illegitimate.
The fact is that the real kooks are the MSNBC lefties, who think that by throwing names at the messenger, they can rebut the credible charges against their champion in the White House.
