A group of whistleblowers, including a number of aviation experts, have come forward in a new documentary to claim that the official explanation for the crash of TWA Flight 800 was wrong and a gas tank explosion did not bring down the flight off the coast of Long Island 17 years ago.
However, the six whistleblowers, all part of the original investigation team, stopped short of saying the plane was shot down.
Flight 800, a Boeing 747, had just taken off from JFK airport with 230 people aboard on July 17, 1996 enroute to Paris when it exploded and crashed off the coast of nearby East Moriches, Long Island, killing everyone on the plane.
..This team of investigators who actually handled the wreckage and victims bodies, prove that the officially proposed fuel-air explosion did not cause the crash, reads a statement by the producers of the film, which will debut on cable network EPIX next month. They also provide radar and forensic evidence proving that one or more ordinance explosions outside the aircraft caused the crash. However, the statement said they did not speculate about the source or sources of any ordinance explosions.

Thinking about the things algore has done and gotten away with, made be me realize it's no wonder Hillary responded the way she did: "What difference, at this point, does it make?!?"
That's the rationalization she's been using all this time and in so many, many other incidents. It's a callus that protects her from feeling "collateral damage" she and the clan are responsible for. TWA 800 and Waco were but a taste of what flows freely from their wellspring.

Commander WILLIAM S. DONALDSON III always publicly stated that a surface to air missile, in a floating tube, was probably pulled out to sea by men in a small boat and launched at TWA Flight 800.
Under the CLINTONS, the U.S. Navy was compromised. Case in point, the CLINTON White House pushed hard to turn our U.S. Long Beach Navy Base over to the Communist Chinese for a China Overseas Shipping Company (COSCO) Container Terminal in Long Beach, California. This was done in exchange for China Army Money flowing into the CLINTON White House Private Residence in the mid-1990’s = CHINA GATE.
In a court forced public hearing to stop this, forced by Citizen Activists and conducted by a U.S. Naval Officer, we Citizens witnessed this same U.S. Naval Officer defend what the CLINTON White House wanted to do to our U.S. Long Beach Navy Base in favor of the Communist Chinese.
Regarding TWA Flight 800 .. crucial ‘FBI-Files on Republicans in Congress’ Gate testimony, due the next morning on National TV for all to see, suddenly disappeared from our TV Screens after TWA Flight 800 sadly entered the Atlantic Ocean the very night before. All that was left for everyone else to see on TV was floating plane wreckage and human personal effects.

I’m shocked this story even got reported by the mainstream news today. Conservative radio did not even touch it and I don’t blame them as it is still way hot and dangerous after all these years. Maybe having the mainstream start to report on this is some sort of threat from Obama to the Clinton’s.
It is difficult to do further ‘investigation’ when all the evidence has been conveniently destroyed.
Just because I don’t believe you, doesn’t mean it didn’t happen.
The same goes for my theory.
The problem is... we may never have convincing evidence as to which one (and that includes other theories besides ours) are ‘the truth’.

No argument there. But... those in the sensor room are already under sworn oath not to talk about ANYTHING they do while on duty. The 'room' where the targeting and tracking equipment is located is a restricted area. Only the top brass and the techies know what goes on in there.
I enjoy debating with you, but the point is that this is one THEORY, and regardless to your doubts, it is a possibility.
I have doubts that it was a terrorist shoulder launched missile, but it is a possibility. I have doubts that the Clinton's ordered the shootdown, or allowed terrorists to do it, but that is a possibility (and based on current events, less ridiculous than it seemed).
You're right. It turns out the plane used in the dog training had a different tail number. It was not the plane that went down in the TWA-800 disaster. In addition the small amounts used in dog training will not survive routine cleaning much less weeks at the bottom of the ocean. It was a bogus claim for the low information voters.

The area in question is the tan debris field that resulted from something striking the 747 just after the last transponder return at 31:12. That had a passive radar signature clocked over Mach2 and took out seats, passengers, luggage, papers, etc., all found in the "crosswind debris field," including heavy items blown back beyond the flight path. A ground-to-air rocket motor was later recovered by a fishing boat in this field, photographed, but then "lost." The "red zone debris" contained wreckage from the nose: seats, passengers, luggage, papers, carry-on stuff. . . Etc. The green are is where the main body of the 747 fell after a ballistic trajectory from the initiating event. . . calculated by the USS Rude which sailed directly to that spot based on those calculations, and found the sea burning from the splashed in 747 and floating debris.
Recalling that there’s less air per cu cm the higher we go, the bolide would still be traveling very fast. Combine that with the forward momentum of the plane and you could get a pretty good smack out of a modest sized rock. Remember, the dental office down the street didn’t vaporize when hit ~ in fact, visitors were out in the parking lot looking for pieces. Still a hole in the roof. Now, put that hole in an airplane in an area with fuel you might have some exciting times ~ for a couple of seconds.
At the same time the plane was high enough that sound attenuation should have been sufficient to effectively muffle any collision ~ whether with a rock or a missile.
Here’s something I found on IMDB.com in the trivia about the movie “Nine to Five”:
In the middle of the film, Dolly Parton and her colleagues send a nosy secretary to the Aspen Language Center in Colorado to learn French. The particular TWA 747 shown in the film later was used in reality on the ill-fated flight of TWA 800, which exploded off of Long Island, NY.
Kinda freaky, eh?
Six weeks before the TWA-800 Disaster, a fully set-up, live, tripod mounted SAM was discovered abandoned on a Long Island road near the flight path where TWA-800 went down. This was an expensive piece of ordnance that may have been abandoned because the people intending to use it were interrupted and fled before they could. What are the odds? What were they intending to shoot down?
The end justifies the means.

The high-tech National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration survey ship Rude, used in the search for John F. Kennedy Jr.'s lost plane, was first commissioned in 1967 and specializes in locating submerged wrecks and other underwater obstructions.
The ship was named for Capt. Gilbert T. Rude of the former Coast and Geodetic Survey. He developed the Rude Star Finder, used for locating celestial bodies.
The Rude, pronounced "Rudy," is one of the smallest hydrographic survey vessels. It operates primarily in the U.S. Atlantic and Gulf coasts, using Norfolk, Virginia, as a home port.
