Lt. Mike Zullo in a weekend radio interview revealed that Barack Obama's August 4, 1961 birthday may not actually be true. Zullo stated that August 4, 1961 could have been the day the plane from Kenya landed in Hawaii and was used as Obama's birthday for the record. He made the allegation that the birth certificate that Perkins Coie lawyer Judith Corley flew to Hawaii to get and return it to Washington was not the document that was presented to the American public on April 27,2011. If o was born in Hawaii, but claimed foreign status to get college aid, that is fraud, and that is a crime. Dual citizens can’t be president.
If o was not born in Hawaii, but claimed he was, in order to run for president, that is also fraud and makes him ineligible.
Thanks for the ping! Identifying the date stamps IS new, big news. Makes me wish I had a Rep. in the House who cared. Instead, I have Kingston. Hopefully there are others who will get on board. Zullo wasn’t kidding about having cards he hasn’t shown yet. This is going to reach the point of no return before very long. [I.e.: their case will be unstoppable. Mike Zullo, lead investigator, for the Sheriff Arpaio Cold Case Posse Obama Fraud case has revealed to PPSIMMONS News that he will be a featured speaker at the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association Convention St. Charles, Missouri - this coming weekend, May 31-June 1. Hundreds of Constitutional law enforcement officers from around the country will be in attendance as well as U.S. Congressmen.
Zullo reveals that he will be holding a separate conference with only credentialed law enforcement attending. Speaking of the separate event, he says, “At this session, I will, upon the authority of Sheriff Joe Arpaio, be presenting the entire criminal case that we have in this matter. Never-before-seen evidence and information will be presented to those in attendance. We will be asking these attendees to support our efforts to move this entire matter forward to a full congressional investigation. We believe that once they see what we have – a united push for a full congressional investigation will be a foregone conclusion.”

Although I'm not a lawyer I think you're very probably correct.However,it doesn't take much of an imagination to see their response.Things like "statute of limitations"..."many did the same thing"..."but look at the result,the most amazing man to have ever drawn breath"..."yah,but Bush did cocaine"...etc.etc.Remember,this guy has admitted to having done coke.Does that tell you anything about the skill of the Osama Obama "war room"?

My basic attitude is that even if any of this is proven irrefutably to be true a very large portion of the American people,with the help of Osama's "war room",the drive by media,etc,will see it as a technicality almost akin to having failed to dot an "I" or cross a "t".Not nearly enough people will get worked up enough to force the Senate,the only body that can and possibly would do so,to actually drive him out of office.
Now OTOH,Benghazi,the IRS....that just might register with large numbers of voters.

It's very possible that you're correct...in a sense,at least.But tell me this....is it difficult for you to imagine a PR fight *and* a court fight that would make BillyBob 1998 and Nixon 1974 look like picnics in the park by comparison? It's not at *all* difficult for me to imagine such a scenario.And that would mean that by the time January 2017 rolls around the case will have reached some Federal magistrate in Salt Lake City,meaning that it would still be 2 years away from reaching the SCOTUS.It's the equivalent of the 4 corner offense with no shot clock.Buzzer sounds,Osama Obama enjoys a rapturous sendoff (made up mainly of Federal employees) and he moves on to a 6 speech a year,$10 million retirement.

As to running out the clock, if that were the goal, then team arpaio would NOT have held that meeting with other law enforcement and with the congressmen..

That is one of the things an illegal alien would do, get an issued but not-used-for-benefits # and run with it.
That # is on 0’s tax returns so he is STILL committing fraud.

I wd love to know! I’m betting it went very well, though. Zullo is on a roll. He’s got the goods & now he’s making his case. Just from the parts of it we’ve seen, it is a VERY strong case—& we haven’t even seen all his info yet. Obama’s scandals have broken at just the right time, plus there are Tea Party congressional members who don’t toe the GOPe line. Add it all up, & the future looks good!
