For my entire adult life I had never drunk water. My dad owned a corner-grocery store so that when we were thirsty as children we drank milk, coffee made with milk, soda or on rare occasion, juices. This trend continued throughout my life. The only 'water' ever consumed was water that had been used in cooking. As an adult and until a few weeks ago I drank at least 6 diet pepsis per day and sometimes more.
I have had a life-long health issue that was just an annoyance, not life-threatening or otherwise. It was simply an inconvenience.
A few weeks ago I stumbled upon a page that listed the annoying health issue that had plagued me for over 50 years. I read that page and, lo and behold, it listed one of the reasons for the annoyance issue. One of the 'cures' listed dehydration which would aggravate the annoying condition.
I decdied, 'Well, it is worth a shot'. I stopped drinking all carbonated soda and replaced it with disgusting 'water' and juices. The change was remarkable after only one day!
Not only did the annoying health issue reduce greatly but my overall health in all areas has improved by leaps-and-bounds. I feel twenty years younger!
If you want to feel much better then my advice is that you stop drinking carbonated soda! ;-)
