The IRS is created by, structured by, funded by and supervised by the oversight of the US Congress. While I admire and appreciate Gowdy, the concept of our broken addicted Congress fixing our broken, bloated, and addicted IRS is illusionary.
Until we have another 200 to 300 Gowdy’s or a Gowdy in charge of the Executive Branch strongly providing leadership, this mess will continue.
We must change the makeup of the participants in all branches of Government and with the recent appointment of Susan Rice, the makeup is still headed in the wrong direction.

Just saw this and then came here.... man. Gowdy’s a dude.
I had never heard of him until the IRS hearings began, but I’m digging this guy.
He called for “replacement” at the very end.
Few things would begin the return of US citizen liberty like ending the IRS.
Gowdy will already do the right thing. a lot of the others could be influenced into voting the right way as in stopping that Amnesty bill
Mere words if the IRS is not substantially changed. And every other agency as well.
This is why the media is hiding the IRS hearings so we don’t see the truth
