You beat me to it, Colonel_Flagg. There's plenty of far more important stuff Congress should concern itself with; conversely, I fear most of what Congress considers more important would be to the nation's detriment.

When the history of our times is written, people are going to wonder why we let Congress and the Supreme Court degenerate into rubber stamps for the Executive branch. "Less harm from letting the vermin dither aimlessly than make things even worse" is going to seem an extremely lame excuse.

I always bet on the Redskins whenever I get a chance. I love to root for the politically incorrect. I wish the Redskins marching band would bring back their old uniforms with the Indian war bonnets. I saw some old film from the 1940’s showing the band marching on the field wearing the Indian headdresses. It was cool.
