Billy Clinton disproved that in 1999. He got clean away with it.
He did. He was elected. Millions of Democrat voters had an emotional investment in Clinton. Holder wasn’t elected. The Democrat voters don’t have an emotional investment in him. The Democrats are in full-panic mode to try and save Holder, but they are too late. Holder is not Clinton. And the beauty is that as they throw everything into the fight to save him, they degrade their “brand” and spend their political capital for a lost cause.
Clinton was also the Chief Executive of The United States. Holder is The Chief Lawman of The United States. Holder doesn’t get a pass. He is SPECIFICALLY charged to be our legal eagle.
