New Mexico is the state everyone forgets, which is just fine with the Government - as they don’t want anyone knowing what is going on here.
Seriously, when I told my friends I was moving to New Mexico I was asked, more than once, “Won’t you need a passport?”

I would throw Connecticut out of the Union and I’m unfortunately a resident here.

It should be California, Massachusetts, New York, Illinois, Colorado, Minnesota and New Hampshire.
Take all those big spending, big regulating liberal lunatics with them.
Maine and/or Texas/Arkansas/Oklahoma so I would have some place to move and be free.
Since none of them have the balls to secede, maybe, God willing, the rest of the country could just kick them out of the union.

I suspect that NY, NJ, and CA would be high on many thinking people’s lists.
All this focusing on states is misleading. There are some fine people in upstate New York, downstate Illinois, California away from the Bay and the Pacific, even some fine people on the Pacific in San Diego and perhaps Orange County. Every nominally red state has a notable blue patch except Oklahoma.
The only downside to this is that most coastal areas and most of the beautiful places in general have gone blue. The productive areas remain red and maybe even reddened as leftists and Dem-voting retirees turn NC, FL and others purple.
Give them the coasts with negotiated ports, and a reciprocal resettlement package for leftists left behind in Jesusland and decent people caught up in the stultifying hell of Marxitopia.
Keep the OBX in the red though. Good fishing, beautiful beaches. I like it there.
