The biggest scandal regarding Benghazi may be that the president was not at the helm on 9-11-2011 and was not directing the response to an attack. His aides insist he was getting updates, but the president is supposed to be more than an inbox for messages from his advisers. Was he peppering them with questions? Was he insisting they run through the available rescue options? The answer to both seems to be no, and for that dereliction of duty he needs to be held accountable. Maybe he would have been more accurate in his statements after the fact if he had had been plugged in and paying attention during the attacks.
Likewise, the presidents apparent inattention to the deteriorating security situation in Libya suggests that he, once again, was not in command. He was a passenger on the ship of state. Hillary Clinton wanted to go in; let her keep an eye on it.
With Obama it is all stagecraft and no state craft. Hell chest-thump about the assassination of Osama bin Laden and be happy to leak details of kill lists (president, with brow furrowed, sits deciding life-and-death issues), but in fact hes mostly talk. In this light we can see that part of the motive for cracking down on the media is to eliminate and deter information-gathering that is not White House-approved. Its fine to leak favorable images and information. But if the media dare to put forth data that are inconsistent with his play-acting, then the retribution is fierce and swift.

Probably or else there’s something we don’t know about. Like that would ever be the case with this “see through” administration. They tell us EVERYTHING. Not!
>>>Did they mean 9-11-2012?>>>
If they didn’t mean 2012 then I’m behind for a year, or is that ahead for a year? More coffee, please.
The Benghazi response was clear dereliction of duty. Any military officer would be fired from command for such. The coverup video story was the most cowardly action by a commander in chief that I have ever seen. He is forever to me “the White Feather President”.
Punctuation is your friend
I wonder if we’ll ever find out where he was. They obviously need to keep this hushed up.
They knew about that video a long time and just kept it in reserve for whenever they might need it.
Won’t build squat. You don’t really think that money leaves the hands of the ruling class?
>>>Punctuation is your friend>>>
Um, you didn’t use a period. He, he.
But don’t worry, it just proves that we ALL make mistakes.
Heh-—yeah.
Except that the “ruling class” needs money to train more butchers to send round the world to kill more innocent people.
I never make misteaks.
>>>I never make misteaks. >>>
Me eihter.
I was wrong once, but I was mistaken.
I still think Barack "The Big Choomer" Obama was wasting away in Marajuanaville the night of Benghazi. Or maybe doing some blow - or both.
Whatever he was doing, he was not available. That is for certain and that is why there are no specifics being given as to his whereabouts, actual conversations, face to face contacts, etc.
His inner circle knows politicians and bureaucrats aren't hung for obfuscation and fuzzy memories but are usually in deep trouble when caught in outright, provable lies.
You are very close....
This Jennifer Rubin of the Washington Post has previously written some glowing “Dear Leader” pieces so I’m wondering what has happened to her specifically for her to take the “reporter” position.
She is the WaPo’s token conservative and has to write a conservative piece every once in a while.
If Obama was high, they would just say that he was sick.
If Obama was lazy or incompetent, they would have him come out with his “Aw shucks” act.
Look up “Soros and __________”(any country where we’re meddling with the government). He’s financially involved in each and every one of those countries.
It’s not Obama’s incompetence that has the Democrats worried. It’s his MOTIVES.
Your scenario is very plausible. And thanks for getting the date correct!

Yet another shocking revelation from the WaPost it was all Petraeus’ fault for not writing what the regime told him to write. Just too good.
