FPN President Joe Glover issued the following response to today’s announcement that the Boy Scouts of America will permit open homosexuality among troop members:

They have pushed the homosexual agenda to the front and I intend to push back.

But the Good News is only GOOD news if God is a God who judges, and who hates sin, and will not tolerate it. That is why the Gospel is “Repent and believe”, not, “You’re OK as you are”. And that is why it is offensive to the lost, and why homosexuals attack Christians.

No one was stopping homosexuals from forming troops doing what scouts do. But the homosexuals invaded the BSA and have taken it over. Marriage is under attack so they can prosecute Christians who don’t bow to the homosexual agenda. That is what all of this is about: attacking any person or any institution that dares to call them sinners.

And if you don’t understand that, you are very blind to what is going on.

BTW, my stance was supported by BSA scout masters who are against the recent decision, but who appreciated my reasoned analysis, as opposed to your legalistic Levitical old testament “burn em” mentality.
