Well sure they condemn it. It’s just that they can’t quite figure out why these things happen, that still gets them a guilty verdict.
It seemed like the Rooskie Press pretty much 'got it':

When you fill your Nation with those that have no desire to become part of the existing culture, nor to learn that Nation's history, but just want to treat that Nation as a temporary way station (or as conquered territory) as they remain rooted in their old land - you are asking for trouble. And multiply that by a thousand if these interlopers/invaders happen to be of the Islamic persuasion.
