WASHINGTON (AP) — The U.S. has identified five men who might be responsible for the attack on the diplomatic mission in Benghazi, Libya, last year, and has enough evidence to justify seizing them by military force as suspected terrorists, officials say. But there isn't enough proof to try them in a U.S. civilian court as the Obama administration prefers.

Let’s not forget, these guys are also potential witnesses concerning the administration’s dealings in Benghazi.

If you think about it seizing them and having them come to trial is riskier than sending in the troops who may bring back nothing more than how the terrorists died.
They are Obama’s partners.
WHY WOULD HE Arrest THEM?
If arrested, they can sing.
The anti Obama/Hillary chorus already has too many voices. To add more, very well tuned voices would be harmful to the stage.
In the minds of jihadis, the weakness shown here is taken as an INVITATION to attack.
Obama wants these terrorist murderers to go free, otherwise he would have them arrested for trial by a military court. These are Obama’s people. He is one of them.
