Fun from MSNBCs early afternoon news bloc of programming via Noah Rothman. The logic is ironclad and inexorable: Doug Shulman, appointed IRS commissioner by Bush in March 2008, was so fiercely loyal to his Beltway Republican masters that he decided to risk his career to kneecap conservative insurgents nonprofits in 2010
even though Bush had left office more than a year before and the GOP establishment he represented was widely loathed by pretty much everyone in America. Oh, and even though (again per Rothman) Shulman himself has donated to the DNC in the past. Say it with me, guys: This. Is. A. Republican. Scandal.
Yep-it is starting already. This works perfectly to the low or no information crowd.
Like I keep saying. The GOPES government of the people elite snobs and RINOS sure didn’t reach out to the Tea Party during the 2012 election. But you can’t lay this on Bush. Just because Obama didn’t bring his Blackberry with him when was golfing he still was in charge.

It didnt necessarily help the Republicans but they were trying to hurt The Tea Party by doing the IRS investigations.
The GOP-e fears The Tea Party and would do just about anything to destroy it.
The left thanks you for saying obama is innocent and that the IRS scandal was conducted by Republicans/
Exactly the opposite. He’s a pain in their a**.
“The left thanks you for saying obama is innocent and that the IRS scandal was conducted by Republicans/”
Where did I say that Obemba is innocent? I am saying only that it would not surprise me if the GOP-e had started this whole IRS thing because no politician can be trusted, period. They all are crooked or in the case of the GOP, maybe they are just spineless.
“I am registered as a Republican and I identify with the Tea Party movement and I will be called a Rethug, Teabagger oh and a right wing Nazi.”
If you identify with the GOP then you are tagged with those ‘nicknames’ anyway, right? Even if you would not identify with The Tea Party then those handles would attach themselves to you.
I did not say that it was an absolute certainty that the GOP-e did the IRS thing. I said that it would not surprise me.
