Silence will be interpreted as disapproval?
So one can’t just not comment an employee’s sex life but has to praise it?
“Hey Bob do you take it in the ass? Because I think that’s GREAT. I support you.”
And once again only the gays get special treatment? What about the BDSM people? What about the FURRIES? Silence can be interpreted as disapproval you know. Gotta let those furries know that official government policy is that we accept and celebrate the diversity they represent.
