Artcile says it is not called "Fort Devens," but "Federal Medical Center (FMC) at Devens".

No, it was when he was at Beth Israel. They locked down an entire floor just for him. How many people died or were in pain longer because there wasn't a bed available for them. Even having to make arrangements to go to another hospital and switching doctors may have delayed surgeries and care.
