This was a crime. The IRS affair was a crime (or crimes). Benghazi was a scandal.
"Crime" and "scandal" are different words that mean different things.
Hint: Crimes can get Obama removed from office. Scandals won't.

If you think Benghazi was not a crime, you’re blind. We discussed this topic a bit a few days ago, but being responsible for the deaths of four men is a crime, and lying about it afterwards is a crime. 0moslem is personally responsible for their deaths, and Hitlery shares some of the guilt. Only the president can issue cross border authority for the military.
It is no freaking way a scandal. A scandal is him and Reggie Love, or his use of drugs, if anyone cared to delve into that crap.
