If the shocking allegations contained in a lawsuit filed last Friday by responsible science advocate Steven Milloy are accurate, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has a major scandal on its hands. As reported by the National Legal and Policy Center, Milloy initiated litigation in U.S. District Court in Virginia, based on evidence he accumulated via the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). He alleges that the EPA engaged in disturbing experimentation that deliberately exposed human beings to airborne particulate matter the agency itself considers lethal. The experiments were conducted at EPAs Human Studies Facility at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill. That EPA administrator Lisa Jackson permitted this heinous experimentation to occur under her watch shocks the conscience, said Milloy.

Benghazi and a not too flattering picture of Hitlery is Front Page of msn news tonight.
The house of cards is fixing to fall and be replaced by what?
Have been thinking about that lately:
When B goes so will j Things are just too messy
Third in line is speaker Boeh. He’s been keeping a low profile and not doing anything overtly patrician. Even his statement about firing vs jail were more I’ll take charge attitude then divisive
Our country will need a healer. A compassionate non showy leader like Ford. Who doesn’t have big ambitions but who quietly put house in order surrounded by experts in their fields who will do the same
Pray that it is so
If you think Benghazi was not a crime, you’re blind. We discussed this topic a bit a few days ago, but being responsible for the deaths of four men is a crime, and lying about it afterwards is a crime. 0moslem is personally responsible for their deaths, and Hitlery shares some of the guilt. Only the president can issue cross border authority for the military.
It is no freaking way a scandal. A scandal is him and Reggie Love, or his use of drugs, if anyone cared to delve into that crap.
In a moral sense, maybe.
Under the US Constitution, and laws passed by Congress? I doubt it.
All Benghazi amounts to is poor judgement and moral cowardice. Obama had the authority to send in a rescue, and he also had the authority not to.
The reasons he didn't - his Muslim sympathies, his poor judgement, and his moral cowardice - were well known to the electorate who reelected him, and aren't going to get him impeached.
