If the shocking allegations contained in a lawsuit filed last Friday by responsible science advocate Steven Milloy are accurate, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has a major scandal on its hands. As reported by the National Legal and Policy Center, Milloy initiated litigation in U.S. District Court in Virginia, based on evidence he accumulated via the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). He alleges that the EPA engaged in disturbing experimentation that deliberately exposed human beings to airborne particulate matter the agency itself considers lethal. The experiments were conducted at EPA’s Human Studies Facility at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill. “That EPA administrator Lisa Jackson permitted this heinous experimentation to occur under her watch shocks the conscience,” said Milloy.

Note the date of the article. Junk Science was reporting as it was happening. No outcry was made. The EPA lovers I sent the article to seemed shocked; but I doubt they changed their minds about the EPA.
Maybe a few Americans will be interested now since the IRS is getting all the attention now.
I stopped because I got tired of saying something no one seemed to understand, accept or care about.
But I never stopped seeing those commies behind every tree.
And now they don't care even IF there's a tree ... the work of destruction is just about complete.
Isn’t Lisa Jackson the one (probably of many) that was using a personal email account (under a different name) to conduct at least some EPA business?

OMG!!! The Nazis used roving trucks that rounded up "mental defectives", people with deformities and other "undesirables", put them in the back of the truck, and used the truck's exhaust gases to kill them!
I was FLOORED by this quote from the article. While I know that the difference is that the subjects in the EPA experiment were paid, this very phrase needs to be shouted from the rooftops over and over again.
While I've always been disgusted by the extremists in this administration, now I'm shocked. This experiment was literally, provably just like the Nazis. If this was a Republican administration, they'd run the grainy footage of the trucks rounding up people for gassing, over and over again. The 0bama administration would be over by tonight.

Just read this and want to emphasize that the article clearly states that the 40 odd people tested were NOT informed about what was happening. So, the argument that they signed a release form after being warned of risks sort of goes out the window. I can’t imagine agreeing to having a pipe taped into my mouth and the rest of my breathing cut off for two hours. This is some severely sick stuff!

Thanks for the update. I figured this was an EPA effort to supply CARB it’s sorely needed data to justify its diesel exhaust regulations.
To date, the only data CARB’s had, is what they pulled out of their arse.
Another day, another outrageous scandal surfacing from the putrid Obummer administration.
"Crime" and "scandal" are different words that mean different things.
Hint: Crimes can get Obama removed from office. Scandals won't.

Not long ago, reported THIS YEAR, there was a story of a government experiment on 1300 preemies, involving cutting their oxygen supply. Many babies died or went blind.
No big media outcry because these babies were human.
