There was a running joke in the fall of 2008 that John McCain should simply re-air Hillary Clintons 3 a.m. phone call ad, which highlighted Barack Obamas lack of experience and meager knowledge of world affairs, and just tack on Im John McCain, and I approve this message at the end of the ad. The point was that thanks to the bitter primary battle between the Clintons and Obama, Democrats had already developed the most effective lines of attack against Obama, and Republicans needed only to nod their heads in agreement.
Something similar is taking place amid the several Obama administration scandals that have surfaced almost simultaneously. (There has been new information on Benghazi, but the issue itself isnt new; the IRS and AP phone records scandals, in contrast, hit less than a week apart.) Both Democrats and Republicans are raising the prospect that the GOP could get carried away or bungle their response to the scandalssurely a possibility. One way to prevent that, however, would be to simply echo the way Obamas supporters have tried to defend him.
As I wrote on Monday, one clear lesson from this is the danger of ever-expanding, unelected, unaccountable bureaucracy at the center of an increasingly powerful central government. That also happens to be the crux of President Obamas governing strategy. Indeed, the IRSs reach and power is expanded as part of ObamaCareitself an expansion of government along demonstrably failed strategic lines. So its no surprise that after the IRS systematically targeted conservative and pro-Israel groups in order to eviscerate the First Amendment rights of those who disagreed with President Obama (and at the direction of high-ranking elected Democrats), the IRS official responsible for overseeing tax-exempt groups has since been moved over to run the IRS office responsible for ObamaCare.....

How about “Morally Challenged?”
In the Obama WH it’s always 3AM.
This source, Commentary Magazine, is the mouthpiece for America’s aging Jewish socialist establishment. That such an article appears in it is nothing short of an earthquake!
Since when is dishonesty not an integral part of being corrupt?
these people think they are wordsmiths. They are hardly that.
Hmmm, sounds like back-pedaling to me. How far “back” will they go?
I don't recall (ever), during a Repub "scandal", anyone saying the Dems should be careful to not "get carried away" in their responses. In fact, all I can remember reading/hearing from the "news" media is "attack, attack, attack!!"
Hi, Joe. Haven’t seen you for awhile. How you doin’?
The lust for power is just as corrupting as the lust for riches.
If you are lusting for power the dishonesty goes hand-in-hand with that lust.
Obama is both corrupt and dishonest.
However, Obama is not all that incompetent. He has been successful with a goodly percentage of his anti-freedom agenda-items thanks to being a competent and energetic politician....and he's been helped along with the weakness of the GOP opposition which has been patently incompetent and lazy for the most part.
Commies, socialists, marxists, fascists, liberals, leftist Democrats, incompetents, czars, crooks, thugs and simpatico ideological political appointees riddle the DC, national and overseas offices of the Obama administration
But because truly all-around able and ethical people can not morally work for him or accept appointments, large numbers of his personnel picks who don't mind working for him are corrupt/unstable/weird/unethical time-bombs-in-waiting, ready to go off if and when a couple of firecrackers start popping off here and there, starting a chain reaction. We're seeing that now with the scandals expanding.
Holder is a prime example of an amoral appointee arrogantly crossing the line of his authority.
Obama will not go down primarily because of his perceived incompetence or his laziness, lying, or lack of morals. He will be brought down by the aggregate of amoral personages he has put in positions of authority since his immaculation.
What we are seeing now is the gradual but relentless unraveling of his administration because of the weak people-links in the government structure he and his cohourts put together after Grant Park in Chicago.
Actually, the collapse of his administration was inevitable - based as it is, on deception....and it's happening before our very eyes.
We thankfully still have checks and balances in this country.....and though weakened by Idi Obama, these insightful gifts from the Founders still work.....plus whistleblowers are now protected, which is a godsend.
The freeper above who advises us to concentrate on the congressional elections coming up instead of obsessing on Obama is right on the money. Our possibly last and best salvation is in 2014. Start pointing to the upcoming elections now and prepare yourself mentally for the task ahead.
Obama is not only a lame duck, he's a dead duck if the GOP corpse awakens from its collective Rip Van Winkle and lends us a hand during the remainder of the Obamunist term.
Although it looks like "we" plus the conservative media may have to take the lead if the Republican-lites continue in the coma they've been in for five years. I hope it doesn't work out this way.

How Barack Obama knows it’s going to be a bad day:
1- His best friends vigorously defend him by pointing out that he is too lazy and addle-brained to commit the crimes he’s accused of.
2 - The best defense Obama himself can think of to counter charges of law breaking, corruption and abuse of power is that he is just too incompetent to do the job.
After all, running the USA is a lot harder job than Community Organizer, but who knew?.
Yes.....
People who lie are dishonest, when they get away with lying they are on their way to worse corrupt acts and are essentially ‘evil’.
You can't make this stuff up.
Dems protect their own to a serious fault. It's just possible Miller is knowingly playing the bad guy/fall guy to keep the focus away from Sarah Hall Ingram and Lois Lerner, so they can keep on doing what they're doing (running the Brownshirts at the IRS for Zero).
