As usual this thread will promote the back and forth with lots of cites as to what the constitution/laws/statutes say or mean. But in reality it matters not a whit what is said or cited here. The only thing that matters is what nine black robed members of the SCOTUS proclaim. If and when they do make a proclamation then we’ll know. Otherwise let him throw his hat in the mix if he so chooses.

Just the opposite - unless the court rules in favor, then it’s clear that he’s NOT eligible. Nice try though....

Agree.
Standby for: Spin, spin, spin/Conjecture/Misinterpretation/Misquote/False references/Unsupported Opinion/Attack & and attack back/And just plain BS.
Hopefully though, factual data can be accumulated that will lead to a way forward, even if the resolution will require a successful constitutional amendment. I believe the citizens will provide what is necessary.
