The White House held an off-the-record briefing with reporters on Friday afternoon to discuss recent revelations about the Benghazi investigation, sources familiar with the meeting tell POLITICO.

Along those lines, are there any grounds that a class action law suit could be brought against the media - such as fraud in a delivered product, or some kind of fraud over the airwaves, or something?
I have been pondering this quite a bit lately but don’t know if the idea is even worth researching... I would dedicate myself to it and know others who would, also... like those infomercials aren’t they sometimes fined or taken off the air for false advertising...
