Maybe. Maybe not. Regardless, the RNC has such a long history of absolute stupidity going back to opposition to Reagan. They have been a day late and a dollar short going back to Bob Dole in 1996, at the least, if not Bush the Elder breaking his "Read my lips" pledge.

This is why the Tea Party is not going away!
