I was just listening to a rerun of Roger Hitchcock
he said that Sen Grassley had an amendment that went No citizenship until the border is closed and the fence is finished 90%
the amendment didnt pass...
the sob story was that citizenship in that case would be put offf INDEFINITELY...
IOW since they didnt intend to close the border at all, their illegal aliens wouldnt be getting citizenship...
