He’s reaping what he sowed. There’s lots of Christian pro athletes, but they don’t make a show of it.
Post game prayers are very common in NFL games. It’s just not part of the TV broadcast.
yup..and get invited to the WH for a trist..America gets sicker everyday.
Cant throw, cant catch.””
Do you have a clue what it takes to win a Heisman trophy? Tim may not be starting material for the pros, but he is certainly good enough to be a back-up.
Testaverde says he’s worked with him on footwork and he’s now throwing with effortless power. Testaverde’s words.
We must all develop extremely thick skins if we are to survive in this new digital world of instant communication.
He could come out as a lesbian and perhaps many teams would be fighting to sign him.
I'll never believe that what happened to Tebow was anything other than a display of the gutless political correctness that dominates the thinking in the sports media and the NFL today.
College FB is a different sport. He only threw the ball three of four times a game. All of them ducks.
7- 4 record as starter, better than many
Step back, hand-off, oh fooled you, run the other way.
That is a different topic. His inability to throw hinders him.
The NFL is sliding downhill fast........

Agree. Now saturated with political correctness and excessive show boating by players. I don’t watch football much anymore.
I saw that. But to be the guy inside an organization that pushes for Tebow is shaky ground. If you are the guy that pushes for Tebow, then Tebow fails, you get fired with Tebow. So who would take that chance when other less controversial options are available? Options that won’t get you fired.
From the article:
Isn't there a coach out there who can help Tebow get the most out of his abilities? Logic would suggest that someone with his level of commitment would be a strong candidate for improvement.I think given Tebow's record when he played warrants another chance. There are plenty of employed quarterbacks who have FAR less upside...not to mention no fan base.It may have already happened: After Tebow was released by the Jets, one of the franchise's former quarterbacks, Vinny Testaverde, expressed his disappointment to ESPNNewYork.com's Rich Cimini. Testaverde, who had just spent a week working with Tebow in Florida, said he and another ex-NFL quarterback, Chris Weinke, made a key footwork adjustment that produced noticeable results.
"Chris and I looked at Tim careful and we were both amazed," Testaverde told Cimini. "Everybody has been focusing on his throwing motion, trying to fix that, but nobody had picked up his footwork. His footwork was all screwed up
"We got his footwork fixed. His throwing motion is now a non-issue. He throws with what we call 'effortless power.' He doesn't have that elongated motion anymore and his head isn't moving two-and-a-half feet when he throws it."
I hope a team takes a chance on him.
His ‘show’ built a hospital in the Philipines... was that worth it?
Because he's being too stubborn for his own good, refusing to switch over to halfback or tight end like numerous teams have asked him to do.
Seems obvious you have never played or coached the game in the big leagues, if at all. Sitting in an armchair is no basis for expertise.
It’s the owners, most of whom are libs..........
