A day after it launched an airstrike outside of Damascus, killing scores of Syrian soldiers, Israel sought to play down the attack as a strike against regime-ally Hezbollah, not President Bashar al-Assad.

I thought arabs were okay with missiles falling from the sky, killing people on the ground. After all, palestinians been lobbing thousands of missiles onto Israeli soil for decades without a peep of complaint from arabs.
Okay, media, now tell me again why I should care about what’s going down in Syria. The “Arab Spring” has been a bloodbath in the Middle East for the last three years. NATO ousted Muammar Gaddafi from Libya, and Al Qaeda took over. Now they’re slaughtering millions of their own people. NATO ousted Hosni Mubarak from Egypt, and Al Qaeda took over. Now they’re slaughtering millions of their own people. Now NATO is trying to oust Bashar al-Assad from Syria. And once his dictatorship falls, Al Qaeda will take over and slaughter millions more of their own people. Why would the parasites in Washington want to invest America’s blood and treasure in that mess? It’s not a “blood for oil” thing. We already have much more oil, coal and natural gas than those primitive Third World savages could ever come up with.
