It will be on a CSPAN channel, 1 or 2 or 3. If both and house and senate are in session, it will be on 3.

Since this is a touchy subject, Fox may show it and maybe CNN will. Watch it on a CSPAN channel as they don't break in with commercials.

Time: It shouldn't start any earlier than 9 am eastern. I haven't seen an actual time but I'll start looking for it no later than 9 eastern. That's 8 am for me in the central time zone.
